How to view your transcript information on your Aeries student portal.

hey what's up you goes mr. Romero one of the counselors here at Etiwanda High School and I'm on here cuz I wanted to teach you about a cool new resource that we have which is checking your transcript aeries that is a new feature or you're able to access your past grades and I wanted to show you how to do that this tool is most useful and most helpful to our seniors find two colleges in the fall so like the UC system and the Cal State system applications require you to enter your grades based off your transcript don't you will need to see your transcript complete the application successfully let me show you how to do that now okay so the first thing you want to do is go to our Etiwanda home page and then scroll down to the student section can you see where it says Aerie's student portal you're going to want to click this link go to parent. Cjuhsd. Net for those of you who already checked your schedule and Aries already have a login for this basically the email is your lung ID at cjuhsd. Net along ID at cjuhsd. Net if you not check your schedule and Aries password you're going to put in that same email and you're going to hit forgot password putting your long IDs tjuhsd. Net hit next send you a confirmation to your outlaw male you will need to go into your Outlook mail in Office 365 and confirm that password once you confirm that password you can now go into your area account and I'm going to take you there now all right we have now signed into are Aries and this is what it looks like when you are in your Ares the dashboard is student info tendons grades this is where you'll check your current grade and this is where we are going next to the transcript section this is also where you will check your classes if any classes have changed but what I was talking about today is to get your transcript and so we are one that says transcript and here you are here is your transcript it will show you your court history starting at freshman year and go into work for seniors it goes all the way through your Junior we do not have Grace recorded for your senior year yet that doesn't happen until December what year are all the classes that you have taken Etiwanda it will also have a list of other schools to at those transcripts have been inputted this is what you want to follow when you go ahead and enter in your grades into the Cal State and UC app if you just need a copy of your transcript this is also what you can use it also shows you important information such as you are weighted GPA and credits completed and also if the applications are asking for your class Rank and class size that is here as well alright good luck and if you have any questions as always you can reach out and email your account a message on Duke campus good luck
